Our warehouse is in Hong Kong. Orders placed on ATINNN's official website can be shipped to the following countries and regions:
Note: Delivering orders to remote areas would take a little longer. Please note that the delivery time depends on the address specified for the order.
Any international delivery (outside of HK) date given by us is our best estimate only, and ATINNN cannot be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by you due to any reasonable or unavoidable delay in the international delivery of your order.
Shipping Fees
ATINNN is delighted to offer FREE SHIPPING for Hong Kong on any orders.
Any orders outside of Hong Kong would be considered as international shipping and we will offer FREE SHIPPING when spending on or over HKD $8,000. International shipping charges will appear at the product cost listed at checkout if spending less than HKD $8,000.
Check Your Order and Shipment
It takes 3-5 days for the order to be dispatched, and we will notify you of the tracking number by email.
If you do not receive the tracking number, please check the spam in your mailbox first. If you do not find it, please contact us via whatsapp or email.
Ownership, Terms, and Risk
Please ensure your address details are correct as once the parcel is on its way, we cannot re-direct it. All orders will only be dispatched to the address given at the checkout. It is your responsibility to check and verify. Should any loss be incurred due to the input of an incorrect address or a fraudulent transaction, you will be held responsible as the sole bearer of the pecuniary loss.
Note: Please do not enter any PO Box address, which your package can’t be dispatched to by any express.
Normally, the orders that have been shipped out (you have received the tracking number or your order status is completed) cannot be canceled. If you do not contact the delivery company within 5 days after the delivery attempt, they may return the goods to us. Since we do not have warehouses overseas, these returned packages will be destroyed directly. In this case, we are unable to provide full refunds or re-dispatch the item to you.
When the goods are delivered, you are responsible for checking that the order is completed and un-damaged. You should check the goods carefully for any visible damage and the contents if possible before you accept the delivery. Should there be any damage to the goods at the point of delivery, you have the right to refuse the goods and let the delivery person know the reason(s) for the refusal. Alternatively, you may sign for the goods as ‘UNCHECKED’ at the time of accepting the delivery, you meanwhile accept that the order is completed.
If the product(s) you have ordered are not available at the time of placing your order for any reason, you will be contacted by email the same or the next 5 working days. We will advise you of the estimated delivery time and if this is not satisfactory, you will have the right to cancel your order without any obligations and a full refund will be issued.
Following a successful transaction, you will be notified when your order has been dispatched and provided with a tracking number, if you do not receive a tracking number within 5 working days of completing your purchase, we ask that you first check your email “Junk/Spam” folder and then contact us.

Cancel
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us via whatsapp or email to help you. But once the item has been shipped out (you have received the tracking number or your order status is completed) we are unable to help cancel it.

We don't generally accept unwanted returns. Please consider carefully before purchasing.
a) For Unwanted Products
If the package remains unopened, undamaged, and suitable for resale without affecting secondary sales, please reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of delivery received to explore your eligibility for a refund. We may kindly request visual evidence such as photos or videos to facilitate the process. Please note that the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
b) For Non-Man made Defective Products
If the product is defective (non-manufacturing) upon receipt within 30 days of delivery received, you may receive a full refund or replacement. After 30 days but within the 1-year warranty period, a full refund is not available, but a replacement is acceptable. Please contact customer service within 30 days of delivery received to inquire about your eligibility for a refund. We may kindly request visual evidence such as photos or videos to facilitate the process. You are not required to return the defective item, and ATINNN will cover the freight cost for new replacements.
Return Policy for Products Purchased from a Third-Party
If the AMIRO product that you have purchased from the third-party stores or vendors does not function to your satisfaction, please contact the third-party store or vendor where the product was originally purchased for the return and refund policy. All the return and refund processes related to the ATINNN products purchased from third-party stores or vendors are subject to the specific policies of the third-party stores or vendors. Please refer to the return and refund policy of the original store or vendor where you purchased your ATINNN product for specific information. ATINNN is not responsible for their refund and return.
Refund
For orders eligible for a refund, the money will go back to your payment account for your next purchases.
Warranty Period
ATINNN provides warranty service and official customer support, which only applies to new products purchased from ATINNN's official website (www.atinnn.com).
We provide a 1-year limited warranty for new products.
Warranty Forfeiture
Warranty is void in the following situations:
a) Products are marked as “sample” or “Not for Sale”, or sold “AS IS” or sent to you as “prototype”.
b) Products are purchased from unauthorized distributors or resellers.
c) Trade-marks, serial tags, product stickers have been removed, altered or tampered with.
d) Products are dismantled, mishandled, improperly used or defaced.
e) Damage has resulted from accident, dismantling, abuse, or service or modification by someone other than the appointed vendor, souse, fission or the spare part has been over the period of warranty.
f) Products are damaged due to improper working environment or operation, such as unusual physical or electrical stress or interference, failure or fluctuation of electrical power, static electricity, using the wrong power adapter, etc.
g) Products are damaged due to the violation of direction on safe battery handling and usage.
(h) Warranty is for the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
Limitation of Damages
ATINNN is not responsible for other extra warranty or commitments promised by resellers, agents, distributors, or any other third parties. If they promised you some extra commitment or warranty, please ask for written documents to protect your rights and interests.
